Strata Manager - South-West Sydney

We're seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join a supportive office in South-West Sydney on a short-term contract (a couple of months).

The Role
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 70–80 lots (no high-rise buildings)
  • Handle day-to-day strata management responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and professional service for clients
  • Temporary contract role with potential to extend
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years' strata management experience
  • Solid understanding of strata legislation and processes
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • No specific software knowledge required - training provided where necessary
