About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled strata professional to join a reputable firm as a temporary strata manager. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing residential and mixed-use strata schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential and mixed-use strata schemes effectively.
  • Coordinate and attend annual general meetings, committee meetings, and extraordinary meetings with ease.
  • Provide expert advice on relevant strata legislation, compliance, and best practices to clients.
  • Oversight of building maintenance, repairs, and contractor coordination to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, levies, and financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with strata committees, owners, and service providers through effective communication.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and legislative compliance at all times.
  • Handle client correspondence and resolve issues promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in strata management (mid-level experience preferred).
  • A solid understanding of NSW strata legislation and processes is essential.
  • Certificate of Registration (Strata) is mandatory; Class 1 licence is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities are necessary to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in strata management software is a must-have for efficient operations.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial for success.
