  • Provide expert advice based on current legislation and resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Oversee maintenance and projects, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive budgets and forecasts, driving business growth.
  • Prepare Meeting Agendas, attend Committee meetings, and record precise Meeting Minutes.
