Risk Management and Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Merchant Risk Team, you will be responsible for assessing incoming merchant applications, evaluating risk profiles, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
You will work closely with merchants to clarify details, request supporting documents, and explain requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies, improving onboarding efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risk profiles and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Tertiary qualifications in Risk, Finance, Law, Business, or Technology, or equivalent experience
- A strong understanding of risk management principles, regulations, and industry standards
