Key Role: Implementation Coordinator
About the Position
This central role plays a pivotal part in the successful onboarding and setup of our newest customers. As an Implementation Coordinator, you will work closely with a Project Manager and Pre-Implementation Consultant to bring each customer's requirements to life.
Configure systems, manage data, support integrations, and ensure everything is in place for go-live are just some of the key tasks in this exciting position.
As you grow in the role, you will also take on responsibilities for customer training and enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration & Setup
- Configure customer systems based on solution designs
- Adjust builds post-validation to reflect customer feedback
- Support light-touch integrations with third-party tools
- Data Management
- Prepare, validate, and import customer data with accuracy
- Troubleshoot data issues to support smooth onboarding
- Project Delivery
- Work closely with Project Managers and Pre-Implementation Consultants to keep projects on track
- Raise risks early and communicate clearly with the team
- Share insights with the Customer Experience team to support long-term success
- Customer Support & Training
- Provide responsive, thoughtful support during implementation
- Over time, deliver training to end-users and admins to help them get the most from the platform
- Process Improvement
- Maintain internal documentation and contribute to improving how we work
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must Have:
- 1-3 years' experience in SaaS implementation, system configuration, or project delivery
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail, especially with data handling
- Confidence using new systems and working independently
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have:
- Experience with procurement or source-to-contract platforms
- Exposure to software configuration and/or client onboarding
