Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Support Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve providing user and technical support and advice to the company through various systems, processes, and platforms.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the SharePoint / Microsoft 365 environment at our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve site navigation and ease of use by displaying information in an easily accessible manner.
  • Cleanse library pages and documents to remove unused content without impacting functionality.
  • Document work for ongoing maintenance with collaborative knowledge transfer.
  • Support testing processes using iterative configure and test approaches.
  • Assist in designing, developing, and deploying the company's SharePoint intranet portal to improve internal communication and document management.
  • Manage user access, site permissions, and security settings according to company policies.
  • Monitor SharePoint and OneDrive performance, health, and compliance, taking proactive measures to resolve issues.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications, such as Teams, Power Apps, and Power BI, to create a cohesive digital ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint records.
  • Demonstrated experience in Information Management Systems.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Power Automate (Power tools) Automation.
  • Experience developing workflows and integrating SharePoint with the Microsoft 365 environment.
