Job Title: SharePoint Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide technical support and advice to staff across various sites and programs.

  • Improve the navigation and user experience of new SharePoint sites.
  • Cleanse unused library pages and documents without impacting functionality.
  • Document and hand over work for ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
  • Support testing processes and undertake corrective action to ensure business requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications, such as Teams, Power Apps, and Power BI, to create a cohesive digital ecosystem.
  • Enhance and meet compliance obligations in the company SharePoint document library.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint records.
  • Demonstrated experience in using Information Management Systems.
  • Able to work independently without supervision.
  • Strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
  • Experience developing workflows and integrating SharePoint with the Microsoft 365 environment.
