About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Support Officer to join our team at Indie College. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support and advice to our staff across various systems, processes, and platforms.
As a SharePoint Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to staff, undertaking improvements on our SharePoint environment, and managing user access and site permissions. You will also be working closely with our ICT team to design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff on SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Undertake improvements on the new sites' navigation and ease of use
- Manage user access, site permissions, and security settings in accordance with company policies
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications to create a cohesive digital ecosystem
Requirements
- National Police Check
- Working with Children's Check
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
