Company Secretary Opportunity

A distinguished role has arisen for a Company Secretary to join our dynamic organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise and deliver high-quality governance practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate law, Listing Rules, and the Corp Act. They will have a proven track record of providing expert advice to Boards and Committees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

We are seeking an Australian qualified lawyer with 10+ years of experience in company secretary work, preferably within an ASX listed entity. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives.

This is a full-time position, however we are open to considering part-time arrangements at a minimum of 0.8 FTE. You will be based in Adelaide and will attend regular meetings with the Board and CEO.

To be considered, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Australian qualification in law
  • 10+ years of experience in company secretary work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
