At our organization, we are seeking a Governance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of governance principles and experience in leading and growing governance projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and undertaking key governance tasks to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Coordinating governance reviews and key documents, including annual reports, delegations, and policies.
  • Preparing corporate reports and recommendations on governance-related issues.
  • Supporting strategic planning responsibilities, including administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
  • Assisting the Records Team with Freedom of Information reviews and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • A diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Freedom of Information accreditation.
  • Experience in a corporate governance support role, implementing legislation changes, coordinating, and drafting policies and procedures.
