Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Maintenance Officer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, performing repairs as needed, and implementing a preventative maintenance program.

  • Maintain the presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Carry out repairs within the property.
  • Implement a preventative maintenance program.
  • Provide induction and supervision of external contractors.
  • Maintain daily work records and service schedules.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in building maintenance, excellent time management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preventative maintenance program implementation.
  • Daily work records and service schedules maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous hands-on building maintenance experience.
