We are seeking a skilled Tenant Experience Manager to join our team on a 12-month parental leave cover. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and be part of a leading organisation in the Australasian real estate market.

As Tenant Experience Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience for our tenants. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise directly with tenants to understand their needs and preferences, and to implement initiatives that improve satisfaction levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in events management, marketing, project management, commercial real estate management, and co-working spaces. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising directly with tenants to understand and improve overall experience satisfaction.
  • Managing the tenant portal.
  • Organizing tenant events and initiatives.
  • Facilitating events between staff and tenants or prospects to foster relationships.
  • Monitoring market trends of major competitors and co-working operators.
  • Inspecting properties and competitors regularly.
  • Researching amenities, technology, and tenant engagement trends locally and internationally.
  • Collaborating with the National Tenant Experience Manager to enhance the tenant portal and engagement programs.
