We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead junior property managers in their portfolios, fostering growth and development
  • Maintain strong relationships with multinational and international tenants through engagement, retention, and excellent service delivery
  • Negotiate leases, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears, ensuring seamless transactions
  • Take ownership of facilities and asset management duties, including compliance and contractor coordination
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety obligations are met
  • Utilize Cirrus8 software for effective property workflows, budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Support tenants in utilizing the Cirrus8 portal for streamlined communication and self-sufficiency
  • Provide timely and detailed reports to owners and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management
  • Proficiency with Cirrus8 and a willingness to learn and champion the software
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, combined with a confident and solutions-focused approach
  • A sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination
  • A high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • A current PM registration, police clearance, WA driver's licence, and own vehicle
