Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Support: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Mobility Assistance: Help with positioning and mobility to ensure comfort and safety.
- Nutritional Support: Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
- Health Monitoring: Keep an eye on residents' health and report any changes.
- Environmental Safety: Contribute to maintaining a clean and comfortable space.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability.
- Ideally, 6+ months of experience in Aged Care.
- Influenza Vaccine Record.
- Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to get one).
- Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorships offered).
