We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Manager to join our team at NRB Jobs Training. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our Treasury operations, including daily cash position reporting, wire payments, and banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Treasury Operations: Oversee daily cash position reporting, wire payments, and banking relationships to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Collaborate with Accounting: Work closely with our accounting team to ensure banking activity is properly accounted for and reconciliations are accurate.
- Review Bank Reconciliations: Verify the completeness and accuracy of bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Insurance Coverage: Ensure adequate levels of insurance coverage while maintaining such coverage at the most efficient cost.
- Cash Collections Update: Coordinate and present the Company's cash collections update to the CEO and CFO.
- Cash Forecasting: Assist with the Company's cash forecasting process to ensure accurate financial projections.
- Annual Operating Plan: Coordinate the development of the Company's annual operating plan, quarterly financial forecasts, and production of monthly management reporting.
- Revenue Metrics and Cost Savings: Analyze revenue metrics at market level and departmental costs, as well as track cost savings initiatives.
- Key Performance Indicators: Produce and analyze the Company's key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting System: Assist with the development and maintenance of the budgeting and forecasting system (Workday Adaptive Planning, TM-1/Cognos).
- Capex Budgets: Develop, track, and report Capex budgets to ensure accurate financial planning.
- US MBR Decks: Assist in the preparation of US MBR decks and synthesize key analytics.
- Financial Modeling: Develop, track, and report financial models, including DCF and NPV analysis.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance, with a focus on budgeting and management reporting.
- Skills: Strong understanding of MS Office products, advanced MS Excel experience, and a proven track record of improving processes.
