Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Senior Associate to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial institutions, particularly in the Treasury middle and back-office area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide back-office administration, processing, settlement, reporting, and supporting services to the Treasury Department.
  • Manage the Treasury Administration team, including supervising team members, setting goals, and providing coaching and mentoring.
  • Assist in implementing internal controls and review and maintain the procedure manual in line with operation and system changes.
  • Prepare monthly reports on borrowings, review and prepare daily cashflow forecasts, and check and authorise daily transactions.
  • Liaise with local and offshore counterparties and Agencies regarding settlement of transactions and investigate and follow up outstanding payments and confirmations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge and ideally 4-10 years of experience in financial institutions, especially in the Treasury middle and back-office area.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to use computer systems to enhance work productivity, with expertise in the use of spreadsheets and databases.
