Treasury Operations Manager

Future You is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to drive the day-to-day management of Treasury Operations and Reporting across multiple warehouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing funding vehicles, leading a small team, and building external relationships with funders, rating agencies, and Trustees.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day management of treasury operations to meet the funding and reporting requirements of the business.
- Manage funding vehicles across RMBS, ABS, and CMBS.
- Manage a small team of direct reports.
- Manage external relationships with funders, rating agencies, and Trustees.
- Identify, build, and implement processes, procedures, controls, and efficiencies.
- 5+ years of experience in Treasury Operations and Securitisation with a strong understanding of structuring and documentation.
- Prior experience with RMBS, CMBS, or ABS.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build high-performing teams and motivate and engage staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and appropriate tailoring to the audience with the ability to contribute towards management and Board presentations and papers.
- Good judgement, business acumen, and dealing with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and manage stakeholder engagement and expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to be in the detail and be hands-on.
