Safety Expert

We are seeking a skilled Safety Expert to support our operations in Victoria and Tasmanian Transport & Infrastructure.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career as a safety professional while fostering collaboration to achieve our Safety objectives and contributing to business innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Support internal stakeholders and provide technical advice.
- Travel to required locations, including Melbourne and Tasmania.
- Foster collaboration to achieve safety objectives and contribute to business innovation.
- Certificate 4 Work Health and Safety minimum.
- Exposure to civil road maintenance or construction desirable.
- ICAM Lead Incident Investigation desirable.
- Experience conducting audits and preparation of corrective actions and reports.
- Participation in high-level incident investigations.
- Flexibility with working night shift when required.
- Ability to positively influence change and communicate effectively with multiple types of stakeholders.
- High level of problem-solving with ability to professionally navigate complex situations.
- Strong computer and data analysis skills extending to report collation and presentation.
