Job Title: Administration Officer

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our aged care home. Key responsibilities include coordinating new resident admissions, managing sales enquiries and tours, monitoring occupancy levels, administering employee onboarding and safety screening, submitting accurate payroll information, and maintaining rosters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with rostering and recruitment processes is a must.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is also essential.
  • Experience in administration, particularly in aged care or healthcare, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • HumanForce experience is an added advantage.
