Administration Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team. This role involves working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous rostering experience is required, with healthcare or aged care specific experience being desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential.
  • Proficient data entry and computer use, including MS Office and roster management software, are also required.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a team-orientated approach and be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

About the Role:

This administration assistant position is based at our residential aged care home, providing permanent, respite and specialised dementia care. Our facilities include state-of-the-art innovations and lifestyle amenities such as cafes, theatres, hairdressing salon, physio and wellness room.

Requirements:

  • Fully vaccinated
  • Willing to obtain a police check or NDIS Workers screening check
