Beachside Operations Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of two stunning coastal destinations. They will work closely with the team to implement processes, products, and services that align with our strategic goals, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation and efficiency, and who can champion a guest-first mindset that enhances satisfaction, encourages repeat visits, and delivers memorable stays.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence. They will also have experience in facility management, people management, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency

  • Drive innovation and improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • First aid certificate
  • Current AUS Driver's Licence
  • Experience in facility management and people management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
