We're seeking passionate Caravan Park Managers to oversee day-to-day operations, enhance guest experiences, and take pride in maintaining one of Nambucca Heads' most loved destinations.

With its relaxed coastal lifestyle, welcoming community, and well-maintained facilities, the park offers both a vibrant holiday destination and a comfortable home for long-term residents. We take pride in providing exceptional service, ensuring every stay—whether for a night or a lifetime—is memorable.

The Role

As Park Managers, you'll be responsible for the overall running of the park, including:

  • Leading and managing the park team
  • Drive financial growth while maintaining the park's welcoming atmosphere
  • Overseeing daily operations, guest services, and maintenance
  • Managing bookings, check-ins/check-outs, and administration
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation across the park
  • Financial oversight, including budgets, reporting, and supplier coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Representing the park with professionalism and warmth

This is a live-in, full-time role, ideal for a couple or individual with hands-on management experience in the tourism or hospitality sector.

About You

We're looking for people who:

  • Have experience in holiday park, motel, or hospitality management
  • Are proactive, people-focused, and solutions-oriented
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills
  • Can manage bookings and park software (NewBook experience a plus)
  • Are comfortable with basic maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping oversight
  • Bring a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service
  • Are open to living onsite and being immersed in the park lifestyle
