Maritime and Civil Delivery Group is on the lookout for experienced Combo Operators to join our fast-growing team. As a trusted, ISO-accredited specialist in marine and civil construction, we deliver impactful projects across NSW and Queensland—ranging from breakwaters to coastal assets and dredging sites.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operating trucks, excavators, and Posi Track combos with various attachments
  • Contributing to civil and marine works on breakwaters, dredging, and coastal infrastructure
  • Conducting daily equipment inspections and maintaining machinery in top condition
  • Assisting with ground works and site activities—teamwork is key

What We're Looking For:

  • RII Excavator and RII Posi track/skid steer tickets (essential)
  • HC Truck Licence or higher (essential)
  • Proven experience in civil, marine, or coastal construction (essential)
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail (essential)
  • Positive attitude, reliable transport, and willingness to travel frequently across NSW and QLD (essential)
  • Ability to operate and maintain machinery and equipment (essential)
  • Experience recording project data in apps (essential)
  • White Card and experience with hand/power tools (essential)
  • Physically fit, healthy, and ready for hands-on work (essential)
