Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trade Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the daily management of our floor installation team, ensuring all jobs are accurately project managed and completed meeting builders' expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional relationships with Builders Supervisors, Clients, and Management.
  • Offer internal support and work closely with floor installation teams and QA Managers.
  • Be accountable for the daily management of our floor installation team, ensuring all jobs are accurately project managed and completed meeting builders' expectations.
  • A high level of calendar coordination, daily/weekly coordination of levellers and timber installers from site to site.
  • Data input, organizing stock, maintenance of job files, weekly reporting, and general office duties in line with company targets and goals.

  • Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute smooth office operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Computer literacy and ability to analyze/run/update various reports.
