Senior Business Analyst - Trading

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to drive trading operations across APAC.

  • The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the trade life cycle, market risk, and trading workflows.
  • Strong background in risk management and experience working with business stakeholders and IT teams is essential.

A key responsibility will be gathering requirements from traders, risk managers, and operations to design functional specifications that support trading operations.

This involves mapping front-to-back trade workflows, focusing on pricing, Greeks, P&L explain, and valuation. The successful candidate will partner with risk and product control teams to improve reporting and controls.

Facilitating workshops, managing expectations, and acting as liaison between business and IT is also crucial.

Definition and coordination of UAT, go-live activities, and change management will ensure smooth project delivery.

An experienced Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in trading/risk systems and technical skills in SQL/Excel for data validation and analysis is required.
