Clinical Change Manager

At ARRCS, we're seeking a seasoned Change Management Professional to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in change management within a clinical or healthcare setting and possess knowledge of change management principles and methodology.
This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work with senior management, and a solutions-based approach. Regular travel to ARRCS facilities across the Northern Territory, including remote NT communities, is also required.
As a Change Management Professional, you will play a key role in supporting us in providing positive outcomes for residents. You will be responsible for leading project-based work, building relationships with stakeholders, and using technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
We require an individual with unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, demonstrated experience in change management, and a willingness to use technology to improve efficiency and outcomes. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders and strong time management skills are also essential.
