Job Title: Operational Change Management Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled Operational Change Management Specialist to deliver person-centered care to residents. This role plays a crucial part in Clinical Risk and Governance, focusing on change management within clinical settings.

To succeed, you must have experience working in operational change management, particularly in healthcare or clinical environments. You should be well-versed in change management principles and methodologies, including research and evaluation skills.

This position requires the ability to lead project-based work, consult with senior management, and provide solutions-based support. Regular travel to facilities across the Northern Territory is essential, involving remote communities that may require 4WD and small/ single-engine plane travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to regularly travel to ARRCS sites across the Northern Territory.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational change management and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • A demonstrated understanding and appreciation of primary nursing and team models of care.
  • Willingness to use technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work unsupervised.
