This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading project-based work in change management within a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project-based work in change management within a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and implement change initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions.
- Provide training and support to staff on change management principles and practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to regularly travel to sites across the Northern Territory.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and knowledge of change management principles and methodology.
- A demonstrated understanding and appreciation of primary nursing and team models of care.
- Willingness to use technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
