Salary

The salary for this role is $82,154 to $100,020 FTE gross per annum, reflecting the skills and qualifications required for the position.

Job Description

The Principal Support Officer will provide executive and professional level support to the Principal and other members of the College Leadership Team. This includes demonstrating a high level of initiative, knowledge and competency of various routines, methods, procedures and processes associated with the position.

The successful candidate will be required to exercise sound judgement, discretion and a high level of confidentiality in carrying out their duties.

This role ensures the smooth operation of key administration processes, including staff coordination and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a Working with Children Blue Card
  • Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
  • Tertiary qualifications at Associate Diploma/Diploma level or equivalent qualifications relevant to the position may be required or such knowledge, qualifications and experience that are deemed by the employer as necessary to successfully carry out the duties of the position.
