Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting a government department by:

  • Managing office tasks to ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Completing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, archiving, and organizing documents.
  • Handling financial summaries, banking reports, and managing cash payment records.
  • Coordinating mail distribution, external couriers, and internal correspondence.
  • Organizing meeting rooms, coordinating catering, and preparing for events.
  • Staying updated on department policies to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Basic Admin Skills: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to operate office equipment like copiers and printers.
  • Reliability: Ability to follow established routines and work independently with general direction.
