Principal Environmental Scientist

As a Principal Environmental Scientist in our Contaminated Land Assessment and Remediation Section, you'll play a crucial role in leading projects and teams to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex projects, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, securing repeat business and identifying new opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory frameworks and technical advancements in contaminated land assessment and remediation.
- Contribute to business development, collaborating with senior leaders to pursue large and complex projects.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Geology, or Hydrogeology.
- Proven expertise in contaminated land assessment and remediation, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in project management, team leadership, and client relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with videoconferencing practices.
