Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full property lifecycle including acquisitions, due diligence, development, management and divestment.
  • Oversee asset performance through leasing, financial management and strategic planning.
  • Build and lead a high-performing property team, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships across investors, tenants, consultants and external partners.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and deliver innovative strategies to maximise portfolio performance.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience across all aspects of property, including acquisitions, asset management, development and disposals.
  • Proven leadership experience managing property teams and driving performance.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and portfolio reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver results in a competitive market.
