Senior Property Director

We seek a results-driven Senior Property Director to lead our property management division in Queensland.

  • Foster high-performing teams through strategic leadership and guidance.
  • Cultivate an environment that prioritizes performance metrics, accountability, and exceptional service.
  • Oversight of departmental planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Effectively resolve complex tenancy issues while maintaining professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of residential property management experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role. They will possess strong operational and legislative expertise, with proven experience managing large portfolios of residential properties, and a Real Estate License.

A successful Senior Property Director should be proficient in key property management tools and skilled at unifying diverse teams to drive business objectives.
