Job Overview

The Associate Director/Senior Property Manager is a seasoned professional with expertise in property/asset management, particularly with prime grade office buildings and proven success in lease negotiations.

This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop our property team, combined with excellent communication abilities to represent clients and stakeholders.

A tertiary qualification in property or related field is preferred, along with retail property exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of property professionals and provide leadership to the team to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop the team through performance assessments and training, managing staff workload through resourcing assessment and developing succession plans for key team members.
  • Ensure that client asset plan revenue and profit targets are achieved through proactive budget management.
  • Deliver exceptional quality service to the client, as assessed and measured by client feedback.
  • Ensure that there are no major risks associated with public liability, fire and life safety, essential services, non-essential services, the staff, office and contractors.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the office sector, strong financial acumen, and experience managing profit centres while preparing detailed asset plans and budgets.

Commercially-minded professionals who can identify value-add opportunities, develop strategic leasing plans, and drive capital works initiatives are encouraged to apply.
