Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a People and Culture Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert HR advice and support across a range of business processes, working collaboratively with our People and Culture Team to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including preparation of materials, scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates, and sitting on interview panels.
- Maintain and coordinate employee life-cycle activities, such as employment contracts, on-boarding/induction, job analysis, and exit management.
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, industrial instruments, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver HR-related training programs to employees and managers.
- Assist with payroll ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Experience interpreting policies, procedures, and industrial instruments.
- Knowledge of contemporary Human Resource practices and principles.
- Effective time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to negotiate, mitigate and resolve queries.
- Proven problem-solving skills with initiative within day-to-day tasks.
- Highly developed skills in Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of AUD37 - AUD44 per hour + super, and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
