This exciting opportunity is with one of Australia's most iconic retailers, as a Visual Merchandising Team Leader.

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience and promoting the brand by creating commercially driven merchandise presentations and aspirational displays within company standards.

You will supervise a team of Visual Merchandising Assistants to curate world-class offerings and use your creativity to combine the brand's goals with the customer's desires to create displays and visuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling visual displays and have a strong understanding of retail trends and customer engagement strategies
  • Support the line manager by executing marketing strategies that bring products to life, create displays and merchandise presentations whilst working across various departments and stakeholders
  • Lead the team within the store and engage with stakeholders across the wider business to champion and coordinate stock distribution that will drive customer engagement to support displays and visuals
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve desired results whilst celebrating success to ensure an engaged and productive team
