Job Overview

As a Commercial Merchandise Lead, you are responsible for executing commercial priorities that drive sales growth and optimize inventory management.

  • Stay up-to-date with assortment and demand to make informed inventory decisions.
  • Develop and execute calendar-driven strategies to drive local selling peaks.
  • Share key information with the digital team regarding availability, activation plans, and deal structures.
  • Set product and category must-wins for the Ecommerce channel.
  • Manage in- and post-season inventory levels effectively.
  • Collaborate with the inventory optimization lead and E-commerce team to prioritize stock management.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital, Marketing, and Retail Merchandising, as well as Regional teams in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing commercial plans to meet business objectives.
  • Managing operational best practices and routines for digital channels.
  • Coordinating post-season stock management processes.
  • Driving commercial reduction initiatives.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Ecommerce Merchandising or inventory optimization.
  • Proven track record of executing commercial plans.
  • Strong knowledge in operating merchandising systems, tools, and methods.
  • Retail expertise: Deep understanding of retail operations and market trends.
