Premium Banking Relationship Manager Role Summary

Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value retail customers, delivering tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and build a network of local referrers and business partners to assist with the acquisition of new business.
  • Manage a portfolio of premium banking clients with a focus on retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in your portfolio.
  • Develop tailored services based on customers' financial needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and superior customer experiences.
