Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, with experience in bid management, data analysis, and project coordination.

The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for leading or coordinating major tenders, including tender writing, and New Business Transition management/Implementation for the OEM and Strategic Account Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and train on Valvoline's Bid Management process, including schedules for contracts/Bids/Tenders
  • Evaluate sales performance, conduct data analysis, research potential new business opportunities, and drive the business review process for key accounts
  • Project manage Major bids by coordinating and supporting the OEM and Strategic Accounts Team through internal workshops, Tender writing, and bid submissions
  • Manage Valvoline/client Transition in process for major new business accounts
  • Develop, implement, and enhance a business-wide tender/bid tracking document
  • Represent Sales on the ANZ Product Strategy Team, working closely with Marketing, Technical, and Supply to influence and drive future product and service lines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of relevant industry experience with technical knowledge across segments, particularly relevant to significant segments of Industrial, Transport, OEM LD and HD, Car and Truck Dealers
  • Minimum 5 years of bid management experience
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent business acumen and attention to detail
  • Great communication and organization skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, while not essential, will be highly regarded
