Job Title: Sales & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised, creative and hardworking professional to coordinate all aspects of sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating wholesale and e-commerce sales administration with an emphasis on data integrity and inventory management.
  • Optimising CRM and inventory systems for efficient data handling and customer relationships.
  • Managing purchase orders, shipping sales orders and inventory levels to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Organising collection process for invoicing, accounts receivable and debtors information.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract. We value diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role preferably with a global multi-channel brand in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel (pivots, v-lookups etc) and Xero accounting software.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
