Key Role in Governance, Risk and Compliance

Job Summary:

As a senior professional in the field of governance, risk and compliance, you will be instrumental in championing governance and risk mitigation practices across our business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years commercial experience, including managing people. A background in demonstrable experience of improving and implementing compliance frameworks is essential.

You will be responsible for strengthening current compliance risk frameworks to best-in-class standards, maintaining visibility of the compliance team and reporting to senior stakeholders on adherence to compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust governance structures
  • Maintain and improve existing compliance policies and procedures
  • Design and deliver effective training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate non-financial risks

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as law, accounting or business administration, is preferred.

Additionally, we are seeking an individual who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
