We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Aerospace Worker.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in the maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) services team, supporting the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program (ACEASP). The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team contributing to the success of Australia's Air Power by supporting the Super Hornet and Growler Aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Washing of the Super Hornet and Growler Aircraft, product, parts, and appliances
- The operation and maintenance of equipment in the Wash Bay
- Meet team, business unit, and organisational goals in a positive and collaborative environment
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is essential with a Certification equivalent to Certificate II in Aeroskills or Certificate IV in Aeroskills theory
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements, and have the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 security clearance
- Previous experience with conducting aircraft wash maintenance support activities within a military aircraft maintenance environment
- Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety procedures
- Electrical Integrity Testing (EIT), or equivalent, qualification
