About our organisation, we are shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important defence projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements including creation of Non-Conformance Report and associated rework planning.
  • Analyse products, operations and processes to ensure they meet Quality Management System requirements, company procedures, contract specifications or government regulations.
  • Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and raise Delta FAI's as required.
  • Conduct shop level inspection activities and monitor inspection equipment calibration.
  • Investigate inspection issues and prepare technical reports on findings.
  • Support the development of other technical staff.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with Quality Management Systems, engineering or a related field.
  • The ability to independently resolve issues and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with aerospace composite manufacturing, assembly and repair desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Effective prioritisation and time management skills in a high-pressure environment.
  • Professional communication skills.
