Catholic Healthcare is dedicated to providing high-quality care and services. We are seeking a skilled Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at St Anne's Aged Care in Hunters Hill NSW.

This role involves developing and implementing activity programs to promote the wellbeing of residents. You will have a strong focus on respect, empathy, and empowering residents to make choices and decisions.

To be successful, you will require:

  • Previous experience working within an aged care environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and engaging with residents living with mental health and/or dementia
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and evaluating lifestyle programs
  • A strong work ethic and a sense of fun
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
  • NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain
