Senior Lifestyle Activity Coordinator

A fulfilling role awaits in elderly care where you can make a meaningful impact.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle activities and programs to promote resident wellbeing.
About the Role:
- Encourage resident choice and participation in activities
- Conduct assessments to understand residents' preferences and needs
- Plan and implement innovative events and activities, involving the community, volunteers, and families
- Act as team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the team
- Work safely, following policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Coaching and training skills
- Ability to build professional relationships with residents and families
- Respect for residents' values, customs, and spiritual beliefs
- Excellent IT skills
- NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain
