Job Title: Lifestyle Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Lifestyle Officer. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for planning and organising fun activities that support our elderly residents every day.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will drive engagement and participation in social, recreational, and cultural activities, as well as mental health and wellbeing programs. You will plan and organise activities that cater to individual residents' needs, values, spiritual, and cultural preferences.

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (or willingness to complete)
  • Experience working with people with dementia
  • Current NSW/ACT Drivers Licence
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Previous experience in caring for the elderly within an Aged or Community Care setting
  • Highly developed organisation and time management skills
  • Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
