Inclusion and Experience Manager

About this role
Lander & Rogers is seeking a highly skilled Inclusion and Experience Manager to lead our strategic projects focused on cultivating a diverse workforce and establishing an inclusive environment.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to design and implement initiatives that promote equity, fairness, and overall wellbeing in our people experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive inclusion and wellbeing strategies to ensure all employees feel seen, heard, and valued.
- Engage and influence senior leaders to cultivate a positive culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging and can thrive.
- Advocate for inclusion and wellbeing by establishing and leading a DEI and Wellness committee and driving the inception of employee resource groups.
- Drive programs and systems to attract and develop Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and disability talent.
- Measure and report progress of initiatives to ensure success across our four key areas: leadership, talent, flexibility, and equity.
About you
- You must have previous experience in diversity and inclusion, organisational development, or a related field.
- You should have a strong understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by marginalised or underrepresented groups.
- You will have proven experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs, with a strong track record of influencing and leading cross-functional teams.
- You will be able to leverage data to curate and deliver meaningful results, including ROI, employee engagement, and external relationships.
