Lander & Rogers is seeking a highly skilled Inclusion and Experience Manager to lead our strategic projects focused on cultivating a diverse workforce and establishing an inclusive environment.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to design and implement initiatives that promote equity, fairness, and overall wellbeing in our people experiences.
Responsibilities include shaping comprehensive inclusion and wellbeing strategies, engaging senior leaders to cultivate a positive culture, and advocating for inclusion and wellbeing through employee resource groups and diversity initiatives.
Key qualifications include previous diversity and inclusion experience, a background in organisational development, and a deep understanding of the experiences and challenges encountered by people from marginalised or underrepresented groups.
