About this Role:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of tradespeople in performing maintenance on plant and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency, reliability, and safety.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining plant performance and supporting a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Develop and oversee the execution of the Preventative Maintenance Programme, ensuring reliability and compliance.
  • Ensure that all work is performed safely, competently, and in line with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical leadership to the maintenance team, setting expectations, ensuring accountability, and maximising plant efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to deliver efficient service and minimise downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records in alignment with SOPs.
  • Drive plant improvements by managing equipment modifications that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.
  • Take a lead role in identifying and resolving hazards; develop engineering-based safety solutions.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, track key safety KPIs, and support site-wide initiatives.

Key Requirements:

You will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A trade qualification.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 4 years).
  • Previous experience leading a team.
  • An electrical licence is preferred.
  • A forklift licence is also preferred.
