Trade Store Maintenance Specialist

This challenging role involves overseeing the maintenance and refurbishment of trade stores across NSW and QLD as part of our national store upgrade program.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise store refurbishments, fit-outs, relocations, and related projects from planning through to completion.
- Serve as the central point of contact for store maintenance requests; triage issues and coordinate solutions with contractors and stakeholders.
- Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure quality outcomes.
- Prepare project schedules, confirm manufacturing and delivery lead-times, obtain quotes as required, and oversee key project KPIs to deliver on time.
- Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and defect management reports for all projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, ideally in retail, hardware/trade, or hospitality environments.
- Able to lead multiple projects concurrently and deliver on time and to high standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Flexibility to travel regularly and be on-site for extended periods during project delivery.
